This page explains what data Sndwich (sndwich.app) collects, why, where it is stored and how to delete it. In short: we keep what the features you use need, we do not sell data, and we delete it when you ask.
1. What we collect
Account. Email, name, sign-in data from third-party logins (for example Telegram Login), settings.
Connected social accounts. Session data and access tokens for the accounts you connect, and the data those platforms return through their APIs: posts, messages, statistics. Without this the Service cannot act on your behalf.
Content. Images, video, audio and text you upload or create, including reference photos and voice samples for AI features, drafts and render results.
Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep the transaction history and subscription status.
Usage. Technical events: pages opened, features started, errors. Collected through PostHog to improve the Service.
2. Why
- to make the Service work: publish, reply, render what you asked for;
- to bill and show your transaction history;
- to find and fix errors;
- to contact you about your account.
We do not sell data and do not use your content to train models.
3. Who we share it with
Only parties a feature cannot work without, and only to perform it:
- AI providers (fal.ai and the models available through it; Anthropic for text features): receive the content you send for processing, for the time of processing;
- social platforms (Telegram, X, Instagram): receive what you publish or send;
- Stripe: payments;
- hosting and storage (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Render): store data and run the Service;
- PostHog: usage analytics.
Each of them processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. AI render results and drafts can be deleted at any time inside the Service. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records).
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and disconnect any social account. Write to hi@sndwich.app from the address your account is registered with. We reply within 14 days.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to sign you in, remember your language and theme, and for analytics. There are no advertising cookies.
7. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, social access tokens are stored encrypted, and only the services that need the database to run have access to it. No security is absolute; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy in the Service or by email. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
