These terms set out the rules for using the Sndwich service at sndwich.app (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Sndwich helps you run social media accounts (Telegram, X, Instagram): plan and publish content, create images and video, including with AI models, handle conversations and review results. The Service acts on your accounts on your behalf and on your instructions.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping access to it safe and for everything that happens under it. One person, one account. You must be at least 18.
3. Your social accounts
By connecting a social account you confirm you are allowed to operate it. The Service works within the rules of each platform, but cannot guarantee a platform will not restrict an account: platforms decide on restrictions, not us. Bulk actions, spam and circumventing platform rules are not allowed.
4. Content and AI features
Everything you upload or create in the Service stays yours. You grant the Service the right to process that content only as far as the features you use require.
Face swap, voice cloning and persona generation have one extra rule: use only your own face and voice, or those of a person who gave you written consent. Creating material with real people without their consent, misleading material, or material that breaks the law is prohibited. Generated content may carry a label saying it was made with AI.
AI models make mistakes. You review the result before publishing and are responsible for what you publish.
5. Payment
Some features are paid. Prices are shown in the Service in US dollars before you confirm an operation. Paid AI operations (video renders, voice-over, generation) are charged when started, because the provider bills us whether or not you like the result. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel in settings at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
6. What is not allowed
- using the Service for spam, fraud, harassment or anything illegal;
- creating sexual content involving minors or people who did not consent;
- trying to access other people's accounts or the Service's internal systems;
- reselling access to the Service without our agreement.
If these are broken we may restrict or close the account without a refund.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but cannot promise it will never fail: it depends on third-party platforms and AI providers. We are not liable for lost profit, restrictions of your accounts on platforms, or indirect damages. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the last three months.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We will announce material changes in the Service or by email at least 7 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
